We hope you are ready for your next great Idaho adventure and your quiet restful stay with us.  Potable drinking water available from Culligan filtered R.O system, but not from bathroom faucets (non-potable water from faucets).

CHECK-IN TIMES ARE BETWEEN 3 PM AND 8 PM.

Cancel by 4 pm, 48 hours before arrival to avoid 1-night fee

Package and Pre-Paid reservations not refundable.

Valid ID & Credit Card in registered guests name is required at check-in . Guests under the age of 21 are only allowed to check in with a parent or legal guardian.

Room rates are based upon double occupancy.  There are charges for extra persons.  $ 10+ for child (4-13)  $ 20+ adult (14+) There is a maximum occupancy to each room.

FIRE DANGER IS VERY REAL UP HERE IN THE MOUNTAINS! 

Fires are only allowed in the Lodge fire pits with prior approval. NO COOKING,  NO PERSONAL GRILLS, NO GAS/PROPANE/WOOD STOVES, NO HOT PLATES PERMITTED, NO CANDLES,  NO FIREWORKS.  All rooms are non-smoking which means: NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO MARIJUANA, NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ITEMS.

A MINIMUM FINE OF $250 PER VIOLATION OF POLICIES will be added to the room bill and authorities notified if there is evidence of a violation of policies, terms, and conditions. Additional fees for damages, cleaning, replacement, repairs, etc. will also be charged to your card and authorities notified.

PET POLICY:  Dogs are allowed in select rooms. AT NO TIME MAY DOGS BE ALLOWED TO REMAIN UNATTENDED!  Dogs must be on a leash when out on the property.  Pet owners/handlers are responsible for picking up after them. Pet poop deposit stations are at 7 convenient locations. No pet over 50lbs & "Pet Cleaning Fee of $55 per pet. If urine spots, staining or damages are found an extra charge of $75 per spot will be charged

QUIET TIME - There is an expectation of a quiet relaxing stay, communing with the joyous sounds of nature, in our rustic environment.  We ask that you help maintain that by keeping the noise and lights minimal between 10pm - 6am.

CHECK-OUT TIME  is from 8am-11am with no extension on check-out.  Should you need to depart earlier please make arrangements for a key drop.
